Our Expat Residential mortgage range supports your UK National clients living or working overseas looking to purchase a UK home for their family to live in.

We’re unable to accept any new applications from your clients who are residing in, or have financial links to the countries listed on our Expat Country Exclusions List (PDF).

If you have an expat client who doesn’t reside in, or have financial links to one of the countries listed, we’ll consider your application.

Key criteria for our Expat Residential range:

First-time buyers accepted
Minimum income of £37,500 per application
We accept 20 different foreign currencies
Family members residing in the property do now have to be named on the mortgage
