Marsden Building Society has announced several changes to its expat mortgage criteria, including accepting British Nationals Overseas Persons (BNOPs) and foreign nationals.
Our enhanced policy aims to provide more flexibility and accessibility for expat clients, therefore, making it easier for intermediaries to submit business to the Society.
The new criteria changes apply to the Expat Residential and Expat Buy to Let mortgage ranges and the updates include:
