We've launched new, fee-free products for your clients aged 55+ who are looking to remortgage in retirement.

New Later Life remortgage products

- FXR969 (Tier 1) Fixed rate of 5.90% to 31/08/26 with a follow-on variable rate of 7.24% to 31/08/29. No booking or arrangement fee.

- FXR970 (Tier 2) Fixed rate of 6.04% to 31/08/26 with a follow-on variable rate of 7.24% to 31/08/29. No booking or arrangement fee.

Tier 1 criteria: Maximum age of 80 at the end of the term and a maximum of 4.5x income multiples.

Tier 2 criteria: Maximum age of 90 at the end of the term or a maximum of 5x income multiples (regardless of age at the end of the term for £-for-£ remortgage cases).

- FXD971 Fixed rate of 6.04% to 31/08/26 with a follow-on variable rate of 7.24% to 31/08/29. No booking or arrangement fee.
